CSAs the week of February 13, 2023

This is a list of what will be in the CSA – Community Supported Agriculture – shares this week. You can learn more about the CSA here, and you can sign up and manage your account here. 

Small: sweet potatoes, baby bok choy or brussels, Tokyo bekana, fennel or broccoli rabe or broccoli, lettuce, carrots, rosemary, mutsu, and fuji apples

Large: the above plus escarole, kale or chard, parsnips, and garlic

Fruit Only: Asian pears, and pink lady, fuji, and evercrisp apples
