This is a list of what will be in the CSA – Community Supported Agriculture – shares this week. You can learn more about the CSA here, and you can sign up and manage your account here.
Small: cucumbers, green beans, scallions, lettuce, baby bok choy, snap peas, sorrel or chives, and strawberries or sweet cherries
Large: the above plus escarole or broccoli rabe, orange cauliflower or broccoli, tomatoes, and garlic scapes
Fruit Only: 3 of the following: sweet cherries, raspberries, blueberries, and sour cherries
Flower: glads, calendula, snaps, lisianthus, dahlias
