Small: carrots, swiss chard, sweet potatoes, garlic, lettuce, broccoli, oregano, fuji, and pink lady apples
Large: carrots, sweet potatoes, garlic, lettuce, broccoli, daikon or radishes, baby bok choy, kale, mushrooms, parsley, oregano, fuji, and pink lady apples
Fruit Only: apple cider, fuji, pink lady, and ever crisp apples
