Small share: sweet potatoes, cranberries, cauliflower, baby Bok choy, boson or red leaf lettuce, brussels, Asian pears, Gala apples, thyme

Very tart tasting, they are used in cooking so you can add sugar! They are a late fall crop.

To store: Discard any soft, discolored, or shriveled fruits. Keep in a bag or covered container in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.

Prep: Rinse under running water and enjoy!

To use: Add to pie, bread, baked sweet potatoes, or make cranberry sauce.

To freeze: Place the entire bag in the freezer. If you want to wash them, rinse under running water and dry. Lay flat on a baking sheet and place in the freezer. When frozen, transfer to freezer bags. Use within 9 months. No need to defrost before using when cooking.
