This is a list of what will be in the CSA – Community Supported Agriculture – shares this week. You can learn more about the CSA here, and you can sign up and manage your account here.
Small: corn, tomatoes, green/yellow beans, peppers, candy onions, kale, sorrel or sage, and peaches
Large: the above plus lettuce, eggplant, zucchini, and basil
Fruit Only: 1/4 watermelon, nectarines, plums, and ginger gold apples
Flower: cosmos, lisianthus, ageratum (did you know there’s a native perennial variety of this?), gomphrena, etc
