Small Veggies with Fruit: kohlrabi, carrots, escarole, Daikon radish, collards or spinach, lettuce, thyme or cilantro, Fuji apples, and Granny Smith apples. 

Large Veggies with Fruit: mushrooms, gold potatoes, Brussel sprouts, carrots, escarole, Daikon radish, collards or spinach, kohlrabi, lettuce, thyme or cilantro, Fuji apples, and Granny Smith apples.

Fruit Only: Pink Lady apples Fuji apples, Golden Delicious apples, and either a pint of apple cider or dried cranberries. 

Trios: brisket, ground beef, chicken legs, ham steak, bacon, bacon wrapped chicken bites, and lamb chops or leg or ground lamb.

Chicken Only: whole chicken, legs, boneless skinless breasts, and tomato basil or broccoli rabe sausage.
