This is a list of what will be in the CSA – Community Supported Agriculture – shares this week. You can learn more about the CSA here, and you can sign up and manage your account here.

Small: cucumbers, snap peas or snow peas, cherry tomatoes, salad greens or lettuce, collards or Swiss chard, zucchini, mint, and strawberries or raspberries or cherries or a jar of peaches

Large: the above plus red potatoes, asparagus, green beans, escarole, and oregano

Fruit Only: raspberries and/or tart cherries and/or strawberries

Flower: snapdragons, lisianthus, calendula, gladiolus

Trio: ground beef, minute steak, chicken legs, link sausage, bratwurst, ground pork, and bacon

Chicken Only: whole chicken, legs, boneless breasts, and broccoli rabe sausage
